Pretty, but not the best quality

Love this style, disappointed in the quality of the earring closure. One hoop's closure was clearly a little looser than the other when they arrived, I didn't think much of it... after less than two weeks of wearing them every day, the looser one disappeared while I was out and about, clearly came unclasped and fell out on it's own. I wanted to love these, but quality doesn't seem to be consistent!
