Wait time is too long and the letters are not the same size

The wait time for these earrings was incredibly long too long for what they were.
The letters are not proportionate to wear together. One is obviously smaller than the other. The letter M was made well beautiful sits perfect on my ear, back prong centered. The letter S is sizable smaller, the placement of the back prong is located at the top, it should be centered. The S does not lay flat on my ear and pops out and sitting next to the M looks ridiculous as it is so much smaller. Very disappointed and will not recommend.
