When you go to the cart to buy this necklace you can see a delivery 6-8 business days so I bought 2 going to 2 different addresses. When they did not even ship by the promised date which for me was Dec 22,I tried to call and was on perm hold before the line going dead. Same thing 3-4 times. When I finally got a human I was told that I was wrong and that had I went to a different window than the cart where you buy it, I would have seen that the item is custom (I didn't realize the word MOM was custom ) and that it would be 18 business days. When that didn't happen I called again and was told I was wrong. I received the same arrogant message in an email. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service and will NEVER buy from here again, and nor would I suggest it to anyone.
