I have not received my necklace; I've contacted customer service multiple times and it's impossible to get through, they gave me a "replacement" with a pre-shipment label that USPS has yet to receive. It's been over a month at this point.
I ordered this a month ago. UPS lost the package, I reached out to the company because UPS filed the claim the package was lost. They have not provided a refund or replacement for the necklace.
