Beautiful but not well made

This bracelet is so pretty and I wanted to love it so much, but within two weeks of wear, 4 of the diamonds fell out. I got a replacement sent to me (very quickly!) and within a week, 2 diamond fell out of that one as well. The bracelet, as I said before, is beautiful but there seems to be a design flaw. Can't say enough good things about the customer service I received though, they were really helpful and prompt in their response.
