Super chic but broke quickly

Its really chic but it broke the 1st day I got it :(

Broke after a couple wears

I did wait quite a while to make this review because I had hoped that customer service would fix the issue. However, that has not been the case. I bought this bracelet a little over a month ago and it broke after 2-3 wears. I contacted customer support and they told me I could not return but I could get credit so I could re-purchase the item. But it was out of stock. It’s now been a month sense I contacted customer service and the issue is not resolved and very confusing considering that my account says I haven’t placed any purchases. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this bracelet
