The earrings are beautiful and overall I am happy with them. However, during my first order I had customer service replace my pair of hoops because they were misshapen. The hoops were not evenly round they looked warped. Especially one of them which was much worst than the other. Looked like a crooked oval from the side. Strange because I’ve never purchased a pair of hoops that had such an uneven shape. They sent me a new pair which were much better than the first. However, after only wearing them for a few months and only a handful of times one of the stones fell off. Thankfully I kept the old pair and replaced one of them. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues with them going forward. I have to say I own many pieces of jewelry from Adina Eden and everything has been well made. This is the only piece of jewelry from them that I’ve had issues with.
