Too many chances

Let’s first say this necklace is nice and no complaints visually. I purchased this on an exchange when the first lariat arrived with the 1/2 the amount of diamonds and 1/2 the carat weight in description and of course no refund. Beware of customer service. When I replay this, I realize how stupid I was for believing them. I purchased the item with a coupon. They said order a new necklace and when it ships we will credit the difference. Well then you get an email that says since you orders with a coupon we cannot honor our agreement. It was a total scam with weeks of arguing since I ordered another necklace 3 times the cost of the original. The first necklace was fraudulently described. Be wary of this company even though Nordstrom sells the brand and they have influencers repping them.
