I bought six with the rectangle CZ's and 1 with the bezel and was so disappointed. The product is one thing, and the service is another. The chain was too short for a medium-sized woman, even using the extension. The CZ's are so tiny you can hardly see them, if at all. THE SERVICE is horrible. I have sent so many Emails and received so many responses, and they still have not answered my questions or phoned me when I said this could be resolved quickly. They have my Emails for one month and can easily call me, but won't. So it is not just the product but the way they do business. Reviews are for honesty.
