Poor customer service & lacking quality for what I paid

I placed an order for a personalized bracelet and necklace. The necklace arrived in November. Almost 7 wks later I get the bracelet - lacking in quality and for the price they did not even put a lobster clasp on it. The link chain will break if pulled on ever so lightly. Prior to getting the bracelet - they told me my item was delivered I’ve I reached out to customer service via phone and they would not answer. When Nicole did - she hung up on me. I will never order from here again and advise you not to as well. Awful
