It’s fine

Disclaimer that I got this earring for half off through a promo the brand was running…I would’ve rated it a lot lower if I would’ve paid full price. I bought it for my second lobe piercing and expected it to be larger…it really is “tiny”, so no fault on the brand for me not measuring out the size but just be warned, its REALLY tiny. It also doesn’t look like a snake, more just like a squiggle. The quality seems good, but I literally received it today so can’t speak to it yet. The main reason I’m not giving it a 5 star though is because I ordered it on February 14th and didn’t receive it until March 15th. I reached out to customer service when I hadn’t received a shipping update after a couple weeks and they warned me it was a back ordered item, but it took me asking them about it weeks after I placed the order to disclose this information, they didn’t give me a heads up so that was annoying to me when the allotted delivery time was 2 weeks. I may order from the brand again but will have to wait and see how their quality is.
